OnTime4U can deliver all types of reminders via telephone, e-mail or text message. After you set up an account, simply login and create your reminders. You decide what the reminder should say, where it should be delivered, and when it should be delivered. Or, you can call 1-877-222-8889 and we will assist you.

Your reminders are set up at the time of enrollment, but can be changed or deleted at any time.

OnTime4U will call and deliver a recorded message within five minutes of the scheduled time. When the call is answered, a recorded message will announce that OnTime4U has a reminder message for the subscriber. It will then ask the subscriber to press 1 to accept the message.

If you do not answer the phone, the reminder will try you again either on the same line, or at an alternate number of your choosing. If you do not answer the phone after two attempts, we will send your reminder via text message or e-mail.*

Reminders are typically active within a few minutes of creation.

For people caring for elderly parents or children on medication, it's easy to see if your loved one is receiving their medication reminders. Simply login to your account and view the delivery report. It will tell you whether the call was answered and whether or not the message was received.

Our system is designed with complete redundancy and has been tested extensively to ensure that all messages are delivered on time, every time.*

You have the option of paying monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the anniversary date of your billing preference. You can change your billing preference and payment method anytime by logging into your account or by calling us at 877-222-8889.

There are no contracts so you can cancel any time. Just give us a call and let us know you would like to cancel. We will process your request right away. We kindly ask for a thirty day notice of cancellation.
