After you enroll, you will need to activate your account. This will involve recording an introductory message and a standard reminder message. You can change these messages at any time.
After you activate your account, simply run an appointment report containing the patient name, phone number, date of appointment, and time of appointment - in that order. Once the report is complete, export it as a .csv file (available on most software programs). Login to your OnTime4U account, and upload the file.
OnTime4U will deliver your recorded message along with the date and time of the appointment.
Sample Introductory Message: This is an appointment reminder message from Valley Health. Press 1 to accept it.
Sample Reminder Message: You have an appointment on [computer generated voice will state the date and time.] Press 2 to change or cancel your appointment.
If the patient does not answer the phone, the reminder message will be left on their answering machine or voice mail.
If the patient does answer the phone, they will have the option of pressing 9 to hear their message again.
Reminders are typically delivered within fifteen minutes of your requested time.
Upon receiving the appointment reminder message, patients can Press 2 and be directly connected to your office.

Our system is designed with complete redundancy and has been tested extensively to ensure that all messages are delivered on time, every time.

Your credit card will be automatically charged on the anniversary date of your enrollment.
You can change your reminder plan and credit card info anytime by logging into your account or by calling us at 877-992-4848 ext 1.

There are no contracts so you can cancel any time. Just give us a call and let us know you would like to cancel. We will process your request right away.
We kindly ask for a thirty day notice of cancellation.
